The Henry Area Chamber of Commerce works to promote area businesses and the community.  Members share information and ideas and work together on issues affecting businesses and the community in Henry, IL. Through monthly meetings, area business people are able to come together in both business and social settings. The Chamber also serves as the organizational structure for bringing together private business and resources and provides information to firms inquiring about the area.

The Henry Area Chamber of Commerce was incorporated on November 24, 1959, and consists of business people from all facets of the community. 

There are ten members on the Henry Chamber Board of Directors.  Each Director serves a three-year term.  There are no limitations of the number of terms each director may serve.  Directors are elected at the annual meeting which is held in June of each year.  The Board of Directors meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm. at the River Park Center, 514 Front Street.  Each director may serve on several Chamber of Commerce committees.  These committees may include local events, city liaison, membership, scholarship, nominating, economic development, website, and after hours socials.  The general membership is encouraged to also assist with the Chamber committees and activities.

All local businesses are eligible to join the Henry Area Chamber of Commerce.  Dues are based on the size of each business.  Please contact henrychamber@henrychamber.org for more information.
